At Timber Kraft Designs, we bring over three generations of Australian furniture-making experience to every project. From our Wangaratta workshop, we specialise in creating one-of-a-kind timber furniture pieces, custom joinery, and timber work. We also offer our services as subcontractors, working with builders and contractors to provide top-notch custom joinery, expert spraying and resurfacing for cabinetry manufacturers, and custom joinery solutions for construction companies.

Last week we gave a sneak peak into some exciting work we have been involved with over the past few months. Our team has been hard at work handcrafting church pews and additional pieces as part of a significant church precinct upgrade. Today we are excited to showcase a stunning example of modernized church pews that blend traditional design elements with updated features, keeping comfort and functionality at its core. Working closely with the incredible team at Haddarco, we brought the clients vision to life, creating solid timber pews equipped with custom shelving, padded kneelers, reader privacy boxes finished with soft edges. Each pew is adorned with solid timber crosses, paying homage to tradition, while our attention to detail shines in every curve and carefully chosen piece of hardware. Beyond the pews, our team also crafted 14- meter wheelchair stops, a solid timber curved handrail, and a stone lectern. The front pews are finished with a beautiful picture frame border and solid timber crosses, adding a thoughtful touch of elegance.
